Chocolate Banana Snack Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 2/3 cup: Flour,
1 cup: Sugar, brown, light
1/4 cup: Cocoa,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: , Water
1/3 cup: Oil,
1 tsp: Vinegar,
3/4 cup: Vanilla extract,
1/2 cup: Chocolate chips, semi-sweet
1/2 cup: Banana, 1 med ripe
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a square pan, 8"x8"x2". In
a small mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and
salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Stir in mashed ripe
banana; beat until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan. Sprinkle
chocolate chips over the top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden
toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in the pan on a
wire rack. Cut into squares.
