Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Cocoa,
1 tbsp: Each of oil and corn syrup,
2 tbsp: Plus 1 teaspoon water,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 cup: Icing sugar,

Directions:

in small saucepan combine 1 st four ingredients. Stir over low heat
until smooth, gradually beat in sugar until smooth and shiny.
