Ingredients:
6 ounce: Chocolate chips,
4 tbsp: Butter,
2 tbsp: Milk,

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a double boiler, over hot, but not boiling
water. Stir until chips are melted. Spread over cooled brownies or
cake.
