Pickled Eggs Iii Recipe

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup: Apple cider vinegar,
1/3 cup: White wine optional,
1 cup: Water,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
1/2 tbsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Allspice,
8: Peppercorns,
3: Whole cloves,
3 Cloves: of garlic,
1: Bay leaf,
10: Eggs,
Directions:
bring all ingredients except eggs to a boil. Simmer 3 minutes. Add
hard boiled eggs, peeled. Allow to sit in brine for two days to 2
weeks. Refrigerated. May add dill weed.
