Pinata Pumpkin Chili * Recipe

Ingredients:

PATTI - VDRJ67A
1 1/2 lbs: Ground beef,
1/2 cup: Onion, chopped
1: Garlic clove, minced
16 ounce: Solid pack pumpkin,
2 cup: Water,
1 package: Taco seasoning,
1 1/2 tsp: Chili powder,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup: Corn chips, crushed
1/2 cup: Sour cream,
Red pepper flakes -=OR=-,
Hot pepper sauce,

Directions:
In 3 quart saucepan, cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is brown.
Drain. Add pumpkin, water, taco seasoning, chili powder and salt.
Bring to a boil. Cover; simmer 30 minutes. Season with red pepper
flakes or hot pepper sauce. Garnish with cheese, corn chips and sour
cream.

NOTE: May add 16 oz red kidney beans; drained.
