Pineapple Rum Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Firmly packed brown sugar,
2 tbsp: Rum *,
4 1/2 cup: Chopped fresh pineapple,
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and rum. Mix until combined. Add
pineapple; toss gently, and store in refrigerator.
*TIP: To substitute for rum, use 2 tsps. rum flavor or extract and 4
tsps. water.
