Pork Salad Recipe

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Pork cut in strips,
1/2 cup: Oriental stir-fry sauce,
3: Onions, green sliced
1/2: Bell pepper diced,
2 package: Pea pods, frozen, (10 oz) thawed, drained
1 can: Mandarin oranges, (8 oz) drained
1 can: Chow mein noodles, 3 oz

Directions:
1. In large nonstick skillet, stir-fry pork over medium-high heat
about 4 to 5 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, toss pork with remaining ingredients. Serve with
hot french bread.

Per serving: 331 calories, 12 g. fat, 66 mg. cholesterol.
