Chuletas Recipe

Ingredients:
4 lbs: Beef, ground
1 cup: Cheese, parmesan, grated
4 cup: Parsley, minced
1 tsp: Tabasco sauce,
6: Onions, yellow, chopped
2 tsp: Pepper, black
4: Eggs,
6 cup: Bread crumbs, dry
2 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except crumbs. Form into 30 small balls. Coat
balls with bread crumbs. Chill well. Saute in olive oil three to four
