Cilantro Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Vegetable oil,
1/4 cup: Fresh lime juice,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
3 cup: Cooked long-grain white rice,
Room temp,
3/4 cup: Each green/red bell peppers,
Chopped,
1/3 cup: Green onions, thinly
Sliced,
1/4 cup: Fresh cilantro, minced
Directions:
1. Whisk the oil, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl until well
blended. 2. Add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat with dressing.
