Cincinnati Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Beef coarsely ground,
1 Medium: chopped onion,
1 tbsp: Salad oil,
1/2 tsp: Oregano,
2 tbsp: To 3 T chili powder,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Sugar,
1 can: , (8oz) tomato sauce
24 ounce: Water,
1 lbs: Kidney beans,

Directions:
Saute the grd beef and onion in salad oil until lightly browned. Add
remaining ingredients and simmer 30 to 40 min. Its better to start
with a smaller amount of chili powder and salt, then add to taste.
