Cinnamon Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
6 cup: Cubed cinnamon swirl bread,
, Pepperidge Farm
1/2 cup: Raisins,
4: Eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cup: Milk,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
Sweetened whipped cream,

Directions:
Place bread in greased 2 quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle raisins
over bread. Mix eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. Pour over bread. Bake
at 350 for 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out
clean. Serve warm with whipped cream. If desired, garnish with cinna
mon stick, mint leaf and confectioners sugar.
