Cinnamon Nut Raisin Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp: Active dry yeast,
2 cup: Bread flour,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Dark brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp: Nonfat dry milk,
1 1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 tbsp: Butter/margarine,
3/4 cup: Plus 1T water,
1/4 cup: Raisins,
1/4 cup: Chopped walnuts,

Directions:
Automatic Bread Program:

Add ingredients in order except raisins and walnuts. Press SELECT for
Normal. Press START. When the machine BEEPS 10 times, 5 minutes
before the end of the second kneading, add 1/4 c of raisins and
chopped walnuts. Bread will be ready in 3 hours. After baking, press
STOP/RESET. Remove bread from machine. Cool.
