Coca-q Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Butter,
6 each: Green onions, chopped finely
4 each: Cloves garlic, crushed
1 each: 6 oz can tomato paste,
3/4 cup: Dark corn syrup,
3/4 cup: Coca-Cola,
1/4 cup: Cider vinegar,
2 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1 tbsp: Tabasco sauce,
Directions:
Melt the butter in a small stainless steel or flameproof ceramic
saucepan set over low heat. Add the green onions and garlic and cook
for 2 to 3 minutes, un until the green pieces of the green onion are
well wilted. Stir in the tomato paste, followed by the corn syrup,
Coca-Cola, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco or other hot
red pepper sauce.
Blend well and simmer, uncovered and stirring occasionally, for 30
minutes or until pleasantly thick.
