1 package: Spinach chopped, cook/drain
1 cup: Water chestnuts, drain/chop
1 package: Knorr vegetable soup mix,
1 cup: Mayonnaise,
8 ounce: Sour cream,

Directions:

Mix all. Refrigerate 2 days. Serve on crackers.
