Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Potatoes, cooked
2 each: Eggs, cooked
1 each: Green pepper, diced
1 each: Onion small, chopped
1/2 cup: Salad oil,
1/3 cup: Wine vinegar,
1/4 tsp: Oregano,
1/2 tsp: Dill weed,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 dash: Pepper,
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes and dice egg. Combine potatoes, eggs, green
pepper and onion. Mix remaining ingredients in a small jar and shake
well. Pour over potato mixture. Refrigerate several hours.
