Potatoes & Cottage Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:
6: Potatoes, cooked,diced
1: Onion, medium,grated
1 dash: Cayenne pepper,
3/4 cup: Milk,
1/4 cup: American cheese, shredded
1/2 lbs: Cottage cheese,
2 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
2 tbsp: Parsley, chopped

Directions:
1. Put diced potatoes in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.
2. Mix remaining ingredients except American cheese; pour over
potatoes.
3. Top mixture with shredded American cheese; bake in preheated
400F. oven
15 minutes.
