Potatoes With Juniper Berries Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Potatoes, peeled and coarsly grated
1/4 tsp: Freshly ground black pepper,
1: Red bell pepper, seeded and diced
6: Crushed juniper berries,
Directions:
Place potatoes in a colander and rinse well under cold running water.
Do not drain, but place them in a skillet with other ingredients.
Cook gently, turning occasionally, for 1/2 hour. Add water sparingly,
as needed.
