2 tsp: White pepper,
1 1/2 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 1/2 tsp: Ground cumin,
1 1/2 tsp: Dried thyme leaves,
1 tsp: Onion powder,
Directions:
This is the spice mixture which Paul Prudhomme recommends for
hamburgers in "The Prudhomme Family Cookbook." It should be as good
or better on prime rib:
