Pulitzer Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
2 can: Pie filling, my family prefers peach or cherry
1: Double yellow cake mix, butter in mix works best
1 Stick: butter or margarine,
1/2 cup: Chopped pecans,
1/2 cup: Shredded cocoanut,

Directions:
Pulitzer Pudding serves 6

Place pie filling in 9 x 12 baking dish, spread evenly.
Sprinkly cake mix (right out of the box) evenly over filling. Take
pats of butter or margarine and place evenly over cake mix. Sprinkle
with chopped pecans. Bake at 375 for approx. 30 minutes. As mixture
starts to brown on top, sprinkle cocoanut over it and bake until
cocaonut just starts to brown. Let cool for 20 min. and ENJOY!!
