Pumpkin Bread (from Bobbi) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: White sugar,
1/2 cup: Brown sugar,
1/3 cup: Butter/margarine,
2 each: Eggs,
1 cup: Unbleached flour,
2/3 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1/3 cup: Apple juice,
1 cup: Pumpkin puree,
1/4 tsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/4 tsp: Allspice,
1/4 tsp: Cloves,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugars and butter together. Add eggs one
at a time, beating well. Mix the flours, baking powder, soda, salt
and spices.
Add alternately to creamed mixture with cider and pumpking. Beat
well. Turn into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour until bread
tests done. (Note from Bobbi: Lady who gave recipe to her usually
baked for
45 minutes.)
