Pumpkin Cheese Pie (diabetic) Recipe

Ingredients:
-Cheese layer.....,
8 ounce: Softened cream cheese,
1: Egg Pie layer...............,
1 1/2 cup: Canned pumpkin,
2: Eggs,
1 1/2: Pumpkin pie spice Prepare pie shell but do not bake.,
2 tbsp: Granulated sugar replacement,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1 cup: Evaporated milk,
2 tbsp: Granulated sugar replacement,
Directions:
For cheese layer, combine cream cheese, sugar replacement, vanilla
and 1 egg in mixing bowl. Stir to mix well, spread in bottom of
unbaked pie shell. For pie layer, combine pumpkin, milk, 2 eggs sugar
replacement and spices in a mixing bowl, beating to blend thoroughly.
Carefully pour over cheese layer. Bake at 350 degree for 65 to 70 min
or until knife inserted comes out clean.
