Cornish Hens With Glazed Oranges Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Rock Cornish Hens, about 1 1/2 lb Ea
2 tbsp: Butter, melted
GLAZED ORANGES,
1/2 cup: Orange juice,
1 tbsp: Honey,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Dry mustard,
1/8 tsp: Paprika,

Directions:

Place hens, breast sides up, on rack in shallow roasting pan; brush
with butter. Roast uncovered in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Prepare
Glazed Oranges. Mix remaining ingredients; brush half of the orange
juice mixture over hens. Roast, uncovered, brushing with remaining
mixture, until hens are done, about 45 minutes.
