Pumpkin-date Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 2/3 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
3/4 cup: Sugar,
1/2 tsp: Nutmeg,
1/4 tsp: Baking powder,
1/2 cup: Vegetable oil,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1/2 cup: Water,
3/4 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Pumpkin,
2: Eggs,
1 cup: Walnuts, chopped
1 cup: Dates, chopped

Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Mix oil, water, pumpkin & eggs. Blend into dry
ingredients. Fold in dates and nuts. Pour into greased and floured
loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
