Punkin Butter Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tsp: Lemon juice,
1 tsp: Lemon rind,
1 lbs: Pumpkin, mashed
1/2 cup: Orange juice,
3/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1/8 tsp: Ground ginger,
1/8 tsp: Ground cinnamon,
1/8 tsp: Ground cloves,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a heavy pan. Reduce heat and
simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Chill for 4 hours. Great on
toast, English muffins.
