Crab Cakes Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Backfin crabmeat,
1 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
2 tbsp: Mayonnaise,
1 each: Egg, beaten
1/4 cup: Cracker meal,
Garlic to taste,
Pinch cayenne pepper,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and form into small cakes. Sautee in butter.
