Quick Creole Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Green peppers, chopped
1/4 cup: Chopped onions,
1/4 cup: Chopped olives,
1: Garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp: Margarine,
10 ounce: Tomato sauce, * see note
1/4 cup: Milk,
3: Parsley sprigs, chopped
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1 tsp: Bay leaves, crumbled
1 pinch: Thyme,
Directions:
* Original recipe called for one 10-ounce can of tomato soup; I prefer
tomato sauce, but use soup if you wish, or try a mixture of the two.
The flavored tomato sauces are excellent.
Saute green pepper, onion, olives and garlic in margarine for 5
minutes (or mix olive oil for half the margarine). Add remaining
ingredients; mix well. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
