Ramos Fizz 2 Recipe

Ingredients:
1 ounce: Gin,
1/2 ounce: Sweet Cream,
1 1/2 ounce: Fresh Lemon Juice,
1: Egg White,
1 tsp: Powdered Sugar,
2 dash: Orange Juice, * see note
4 ounce: Club Soda, or to fill
Ice Cubes, cracked
Directions:
* Or orange flower water.
Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add gin, cream, lemon juice, egg
white, powdered sugar and orange juice. Shake well and strain into a
chilled Collins glass. Top with club soda.
Not worth the risk of giving a customer saminilla from the raw egg and
getting sued!
