Rau Tron Ngot Va Chua (sweet & Sour Salad) Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Vinegar,
1/3 cup: Water,
3 tbsp: Sugar, granulated

Directions:
Use any combination of the following vegetables to prepare the salad:
Onion, radish, carrot, celery, bell pepper. Chop the vegetables
finely, marinate in salad dressing, place in refrigerator for about 1
hour. Some other vegetables do not need to be marinated; quartered
cucumbers cut diagonally; finely chopped cabbage; coarsely broken
leaf lettuce. Toss the ingredients well with salad dressing and add
to the other vegetables when ready to serve. Source: Vietnamese
