Red Kidney Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: kidney beans, canned
4 tbsp: red wine vinegar,
3 tbsp: olive oil,
1/4 tsp: Oregano,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
2 dash: Pepper,
4 tbsp: Celery, diced
2 tbsp: Onion, chopped
Directions:
Drain kidney beans, combine beans with a mixture of wine vinear,
olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Blend in celery and onion. Chill
in refrigerator, serve in crisp lettuce cups.
