Red Meats Marinade* Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Peanut oil,
1/2 cup: Olive oil,
1 tbsp: White pepper ground,
1 tbsp: Black peppercorns crushed,
1 tsp: Oregano crushed,
2: Garlic cloves minced,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Chianti,
1/2 cup: Soy sauce,
1/2 cup: Cider vinegar,
4 tbsp: Honey,
1 tbsp: Chili powder,

Directions:
Mix well. Pour over meat cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours. Use as
a basting sauce also. Origin: the ktichen of Don Houston
