Red Pepper Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tsp: Olive oil,
2 medium: Red bell peppers, diced --
About 3 cups,
1 medium: Garlic clove, crushed
1/2 cup: Tomato puree,
1/4 lbs: Fusilli pasta,
Salt,
Black pepper,

Directions:
Place a lg. saucepan of water on to boil. Heat oil in a skillet over
med. heat and saute bell pepper and garlic for about 10 mins.,
stirring occasionally. Add pasta to boiling water and cook about 10
mins. Meanwhile, spoon tomato puree and sauteed vegetables into a
food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add salt and
pepper to taste. Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
