Refried Beans With Cheese Recipe

1/4 cup: Vegetable oil,
1 each: Garlic clove, minced
2 cup: Cooked pinto beans or,
1 each: , (16 oz.) can, drained
1 each: Onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp: Chili powder,
Salt,
Freshly ground pepper,
1/4 cup: Shredded cheddar che,
Directions:
Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the onion, garlic, and chili
powder saute over low heat until the onion is transparent. Add the
beans by th and mash into a paste until all are used. Mix well. Add
salt and peppe taste and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Serve
as a side dish.
