Rhubarb Compote Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: fresh rhubarb stalks, --

Directions:
: sliced to 1-inch lengths
1 1/2 c orange juice
1/3 c clover honey
: lowfat vanilla yogurt
: cinnamon

Simmer rhubarb, orange juice, and honey together in nonreactive pan
for 8 minutes until rhubarb is tender when pierced with a fork.
Remove from heat and cool until warm. Serve in bowls topped with
dollops of yogurt.
