Rhubarb Crunch Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Flour,
1/2 cup: Brown sugar,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
4 cup: Rhubarb,
1 cup: Water,
3/4 cup: Oatmeal,
1/2 cup: Melted butter,
3/4 cup: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Cornstarch,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
Directions:
Mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Press
half of mixture into 8 X 8 pan. Into shell place rhubarb. Cook sugar,
cornstarch, water and vanilla until clear. Pour over rhubarb. Top with
remaining crust. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
