Rice~ Orange & Pecan Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Cooked brown rice,
1 cup: Orange juice,
1 cup: Orange sections, or canned mandarin orange sections
1/2 cup: Golden raisins,
1/2 cup: Cider vinegar,
2 tbsp: Olive oil,
2 tbsp: Pecan halves, toasted
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Toss all ingredients together. Serve at room temperature.
