Rice Pudding/1h29 Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 quart: Milk,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Nutmeg,
1 1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
1/4 tsp: Cinnamon,
3/4 cup: Sugar,
1 each: Egg-well beaten,
2 tbsp: Butter, melted

Directions:
Place the milk, salt, & rice in a saucepan. Bring to a slow boil &
cook uncovered over low heat for 20 mins.
Season w/ nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, & sugar. Add the egg & butter &
mix well. Pour into a baking dish and brown lightly under the
broiler, watching carefully, for one minute. Allow to cool and chill
thoroughly before serving.
