Crowd Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
10 cup: Diced cooked chicken,
10 cup: Celery, chopped
2 bunch: Green onions with tops sliced,
8 ounce: Chopped green chilies, canned
5 3/4 ounce: Pitted ripe olives, canned drained and sliced
2 cup: Slivered almonds,
20 ounce: Shredded cheddar cheese divided,
2 cup: Mayonnaise,
16 ounce: Sour cream,
5 cup: Potato chips, crushed
Directions:
Combine the first six ingredients. Add 2 cups cheese. Mix mayonnaise
and sour cream; add to chicken mixture and toss. Spoon into two
greased 13-in X 9-in X 2-in baking dishes. Sprinkle with chips. Top
with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25
minutes or until hot.
