Crumb-coated Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Margarine,
3 can: , (16-oz) whole white potatoes
1/2 cup: Dried bread crumbs,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,

Directions:
In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, stir dried bread crumbs, salt
and pepper into hot margarine. Add potatoes, shaking skillet to
coatpotatoes evenly with bread crumbs. Cook until potatoes are golden
and heated through, about 15 minutes, shaking skillet occasionally.
Makes 8 servings.
