Curried Shrimp - Goong Pad Pong Garee * Recipe

2 tbsp: Oil,
3: Minced Garlic Cloves,
8 ounce: Shrimp, Shelled & Deveined
1 tsp: Curry Powder,
2 tbsp: Fish Sauce, Nam Pla
1 tbsp: Oyster Sauce,
1 1/2 tbsp: Sugar,
1/4 cup: Slivered Green Bell Pepper,
1/4 cup: Slivered Red Bell Pepper,
1/4 cup: Sweet Basil Leaves,
1/4 cup: Sliced Onions,
Directions:
The subtle flavor of the curry compliments the fresh flavor of the
shrimp very well in this quick and easy recipe.
