Curry Tomato Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 bunch: Scallions, finely chopped
1 Clove: garlic, crushed
1 tbsp: Grated fresh ginger,
1: 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes,
1/4 tsp: Curry powder,
1/2 tsp: Ground turmeric,
Directions:
Place a small amount of water in a saucepan. Add the scallions,
garlic & ginger. Cook & stir over medium heat for a few minutes. Add
remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cook for another 6 to 7 minutes to
blend flavors. Serve hot.
