Roasted Garlic Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Red bell pepper, roasted,
Peeled and cut into,
1/4: -inch strips,
3/4 lbs: Green beans, steamed tender
1 Head: of garlic, roasted,
Peeled, chop
3 tbsp: Chopped, marinated
Sun-dried tomatoes, drained
1 tbsp: Chopped fresh basil leaves,
2 tbsp: Toasted pine nuts or chopped,
Walnuts,
2 tbsp: Herbed olive oil,
2 tbsp: Balsamic vinegar,
3 cup: Chopped salad greens,
Salt and pepper to taste,
1/2 cup: Grated Asiago, Romano or
Feta cheese,
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, toss all ingredients. Makes 4 servings.
