Chilies, chopped and drained
2 each: Green onions, chopped fine
1 each: Garlic clove, minced
1 large: Tomato, chopped
1 each: Lime, juice of 1/2
1/2 tsp: Salt,
To increase heat, add canned or fresh jalapenos to taste
