Rubarb Relish Recipe

Yield: 10 Cups

Ingredients:
5 cup: Rubarb, diced
3 1/2 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Cider vinegar,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 tsp: Allspice,
1/2 tsp: Cloves,

Directions:

Combine everything in a pot and bring to a boil,simmer uncovered for 1
hour.Stir often.Place in canning jars (Mason Jars) and seal. Great
with Ham or other meat dishes
