Dill Herb Fillets Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: FILLET OF RED SNAPPER,
Or FIRM FLESHED FISH,
3/4 tsp: SALT,
1/2 tsp: GROUND PEPPER,
1/2 cup: OLIVE OIL,
1 1/2 tbsp: MINCED PARSLEY,
1 tbsp: MINCED SHALLOTS, SPICE
HUNTER FREEZE DRIED OR FRESH,
1 pinch: OREGANO,
1/4 cup: FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE,
Arrange fish in a single layer, oiled, shallow
baking dish. Sprinkle with oil, parsley,
shallots, Dill Weed, and oregano. Bake in a
preheated oven at 350 degrees F until flesh,
barely separates when tested with a fork--15,
to 20 minutes. Baste twice with pan juices,
while baking. Remove fish to a serving dish.,
Blend lemon juice into pan drippings, then
pour over fish.,

1 lb Liver, sliced
1/2 c Flour
1/2 ts Dill weed
1/4 ts Pepper
2 ts Salt
1/2 c Onions, minced
1/4 c Butter

Mix flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge liver with the
mixture on both sides. Melt butter in skillet and brown liver using
medium heat. Reduce heat, sprinkle with onion and dill. Cover and
simmer 20 minutes.
