Double Chip Macadamia Cookies * Recipe

3/4 cup: Sugar,
3/4 cup: Brown sugar, packed
1 cup: Butter, softened
2: Eggs,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
2 1/4 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Macadamia nuts, chopped
12 ounce: Semi sweet chocolate chips,
1 cup: Vanilla milk chips, -=OR=-
1 cup: White chocolate, coarse chop
Directions:
Heat oven to 375~. In large mixer bowl, combine sugars, butter, eggs
and vanilla. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well
mixed, about 2 minutes. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Continue
beating, scraping often, until well mixed, 1-2 minutes. By hand, stir
in nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla chips. Drop by rounded
teaspoonfuls, 2" apart, onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 9-12
minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute before removing from
cookie sheets.
