Ingredients:
1/4 lbs: Kasseri cheese,
4 tbsp: Butter,
1/2: Lemon, juice of

Directions:

Cooking for the Gods", by Eva Zane Saganaki This is also known as
Kasseri Tiganismeno, squares of this buttery cheese fried in butter.
Cut the cheese in 1/4 inch slices, cut in squares, and fry in hot
butter until golden. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
