Ingredients:
2 lbs: Shredded cabbage,
2 Medium: carrots shredded,
1/2 cup: Chopped parsley, or 1/8 to 1 /4 dry.
1 cup: Thin sliced onion.,
6 tbsp: Sugar, granulated
6 tbsp: Vinegar,
4 tbsp: Oil, salad
2 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
o Mix everything together and compress slightly. Let lie for a few
hours before serving.
