Sausage & Egg Casserole (m_c-tx) Recipe

Ingredients:
6: Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup: Sharp cheddar cheese grated,
2 cup: Milk,
1 tsp: Dry mustard,
6 Slices: bread, crusts removed and cubed
1 lbs: Sausage--crumbled, fried and drained
1 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9" x 13" baking dish.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves
