Ingredients:
1 lbs: Spinach, fresh
1 cup: Mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp: Low-sodium soy sauce,
1 tbsp: Water,
1 tbsp: Walnut oil,
1 tbsp: Sesame oil,
1 tbsp: Toasted Sesame seeds,

Directions:
Wash spinach thoroughly and trim off tough stems. Spin or pat dry. Mix
remaining ingredients together and toss with spinch. Food Exchange per
