Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Basic Dry Rub, see recipe
1 tsp: Dry mustard,
1: Bay leaf, crumble

1 tsp: Leaf sage or rosemary,
Leaves,
1: Garlic clove, minced
1 tsp: Grated lemon peel,

Directions:
Mix fresh just before using. Rub on chicken or turkey before
barbecuing. Makes enough for 6 to 8 pounds chicken or 2 large
